Staghorn coral (Acropora cervicornis) is a critically endangered species of coral native to Florida and the Caribbean. Some of the genotypes we care for in our nurseries have been lost in the wild and exist only within our gene banks waiting for their return to the reef! At CRF™ we have returned hundreds of thousands of staghorn corals to the wild and are continuing to increase our goals each year!
